Article 1 - Duration of Stay:

The client signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.


Article 2 - Validation of a reservation:

The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of a deposit which will be deductible from the invoice on your arrival. Deposits must be paid no later than 5 days from the date of the reservation request.

Deposit requested:

- For 1 night, the entire stay,

- For other stays: 50% of the total price of the stay (excluding meals and decreasing discount)

The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale of the guest rooms. If the Customer wishes, a reservation contract can be sent to him. For reservations made online, upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the deposit with the details of the reserved presentation, having the value of the contract. If the reservation is made by telephone, we undertake to confirm receipt of the deposit by telephone or sms.


Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer:

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.

- Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner

- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

- If the client does not appear before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.

- In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.


Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner:

When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the client as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail and offer him a replacement room of identical comfort. If the replacement solution does not suit the customer, without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, the latter will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.


Article 5 - Time of arrival:

The customer must present himself on the specified day of the reservation and at the times mentioned below. The rooms are available from 5 p.m. Thank you for preventing in case of arrival after 7 p.m., beyond to consult us. Remember to book your table d'hôtes (meals served in the evening only by reservation).


Article 6 - Departure time:

The rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m., after 12 p.m. you will be charged for an additional night.


Article 7 - Payment of the accommodation balance:

The balance of the stay will be payable on arrival. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay.


Article 8 - Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is collected by the owner on behalf of the municipality and is then transferred to the Public Treasury.


Article 9 - Change of rooms:

The owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity or a higher capacity, without the customer being able to claim any compensation. In such a case, the owner will warn the customer of this fact, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.


Article 10 - Capacity:

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.


Article 10 - Pets:

Pets are not accepted at the "Puits Sainte Claire". In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by the owner of the guest rooms cannot be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.


Article 11 - Art of living, use of premises:

Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. Thus all noise pollution will be notified to the customer who will be the author. Customers who do not comply with these instructions may be asked to leave the premises without compensation and/or reimbursement.

In addition, it is requested not to eat or smoke in the rooms. The customer undertakes to respect the instructions for good manners appearing in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible deterioration for which he may be responsible. The children evolving within the "Puits Sainte Claire" are under the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults. The kitchen is not left at the free disposal of the guests.

Access to the swimming pool is subject to everyone's responsibility, a disclaimer will be signed on your arrival.

Article 12 - Modifications of the general conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the installments.


Article 13 - protection of personal data

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The "Sainte Claire well" undertakes not to transmit the information that you have communicated to other companies or organizations.


Article 14 - Caution

- Our promotional offers cannot be combined with each other. - Conditions, prices and offers are non-contractual and can be modified without notice.
